It’s a habit of constantly worrying about things. At the heart of this disorder is the anxiety caused by a constant, repetitive stream of thoughts predicting a negative scenario of the future, forecasting in the imagination of a person a catastrophe each and every time. It’s the thoughts «What if...? What about...? Then ... it will be a horror/disaster!»
Another problem faced by people with anxiety. Phobias is a persistent and unfounded fear of objects, people, animals, situations or places... A person only needs to think about the object of phobia, and already there is fear and discomfort in the body. Even though a man realizes that fear is not real and excessive, he never ceases to fear it.
It’s an anxiety related to the expectation of a recurrence of a panic attack. A kind of mistrust of one’s own body, a fear that at any moment a terrible attack could recur and lead to death and/or madness. In this way, humans begin to use life-saving behavior in the form of avoidance reactions. This eventually leads to the formation of agoraphobia.
One of the anxiety disorders, which is characterized by the presence of obsessive thoughts (obsessions) and performed actions (compulsions or rituals) to eliminate these thoughts. Obsessive thoughts are intimidating or shameful/shameful thoughts, and give rise to a powerful desire to get rid of them.
Fear of negative judgment from other people. In this connection, any actions accompanied by the attention of outsiders (speeches, visits to public places, meetings with people, visits to events...) cause anxiety, facial blushing, heartbeat, sweating, Hand trembling, respiratory distress, and accompanied by avoidance behavior of these places.
